The three tiers
Reach 500 allows up to 500 unique subscribers and 3,500 emails a month. Reach 1000 doubles the list to 1,000 subscribers with 7,000 emails. Reach 2500 holds 2,500 subscribers and 17,500 emails. Each tier allows roughly seven sends per subscriber per month, so the send limit rarely bites before the subscriber limit does.
Choosing a tier
Pick the tier that matches the list you expect within the billing term, not the list you have today — but do not overshoot either, because moving up later is straightforward. If you send a weekly newsletter, count four to five sends a month against your subscriber total to see whether the send limit is comfortable.
